Non-Refundable: Please note that shipping charges are paid to the courier service and are non-refundable in the case of "Change of Mind" returns.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules 💵
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

Payment: Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier rider at the time of delivery.

Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel. After two failed delivery attempts, the courier will return the parcel to us.
4. Order Confirmation Requirement ✅
To ensure a smooth delivery and avoid incorrect orders:

Mandatory Confirmation: Our team will contact you via Call or WhatsApp to confirm every order before it is dispatched.

Dispatch Delay: If we are unable to reach you for confirmation within 48 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled or delayed. Please ensure the contact number provided is active.
5. Courier Partners 🚛
We use reliable logistics partners like PostEx and other leading couriers to ensure your items reach you safely. While we aim for on-time delivery, please account for slight delays during public holidays or extreme weather.
6. Address Accuracy 📍
Please double-check your shipping address and active mobile number.

We cannot change the address once the parcel is with the courier.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
